Hello
Have you ever seen an application running as a service into a Windows OS
and making queries to Oracle ?
What about the NLS_LANG? Because it usually starts before someone makes a
logon
environment variable is not so useful .. but maybe into regedit entries I
think so.
I have a client running in trouble about that.. some queries often got an
error because data format (his service is running on windows 2016 english.
when running on portuguese version itÂŽs fine)
regards
