Oracle Performance Tool Lab128 Status

Over the years, I have been a very happy user of Lab128. It served me very
well as an effective tool to monitor and troubleshoot Oracle database
performance issues in real-time.

For the past few months, I have attempted to contact the developer on
multiple occasions using direct email, website support form, and even the
phone number listed on the site. None of these attempts were successful.

On the good side, both the website and the tool download are still online.

I hope the developer and the tool are doing well.

For thise who have come across this tool before or used it, have you been
able to hear from the developer recently?

I am sorry to tell you. As far as i heard der sergej died unexpectedly.   I might be wrong, but i dont think so.

I'm truly sorry to hear this. My deepest and sincere condolences goe to his
family and loved ones.

Last time I heard from him was in 4/2016. I was trying to contact him
lately to purchase additional licenses and work out few instabilities in
the tool.

If there is anything I can do to help keep this tool alive and progressing,
please let me know. You can message me privately.

Hi Fred & Lothar,

Very sorry to hear this unfortunate news.Just like Fred, we are also using
Lab128 and have been trying to contact him for the past 6 months through
support, but no luck. I sent him LinkedIn connection request anticipating
for a response.

Lab128 tool worked great and helped us to troubleshoot many performance
problems and Sergei was very responsive supporting the tool before.

I'm up for the discussion to keep this tool alive. Please include me.
