Further to the note on your website regarding your Delay Repay form I attach details of a recent journey where the arrival was over 30 minutes late:

I was on the 17:00 Virgin East Coast train from Edinburgh to London Kings Cross on 21st July - due to arrive 21:39.
According to my phone the train arrived at 22:11 (also reported on the arrivals board at the station)

My customer reference is CBDXQCN7B8F
I was travelling 1st class, coach L seat 23.

The email address for this booking would probably have been ***@jlcomp.demon.co.uk

I don't know how I managed to send this email to the Oracle-L mailing list - it will be interesting to see if Virgin East Coast (or LNER, who've just taken over the service) manages to reply to the group as well.

Let us know if they repay you. My local railroad won't even reimburse a peak hour ticket used during non peak hours.

Jonathan, sounds like you've been re-routed to the platform 9 3/4 at
Kings Cross station. It looks like you haven't enjoyed the Hogwarts
Express very much.
